Europe - 2016

Day 14: Bordeaux to Toulouse Wed Jul 20, 2016

Our first stop today was the medieval city of Sarlat. We wandered along the maze of narrow streets in the Old Town. We had plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere. Later, we continued to beautiful village of La Roque-Gageac situated on the Dordogne River. We stopped for an enchanting cruise along the Dordogne River with stunning views of the golden stone buildings and the troglodyte fort which is carved into the cliffs some 40 metres above the village. Afterwards, we hit the road for the final trek into Toulouse.
