Canada & Alaska - 2014

Day 21: Juneau — Skagway Tue Jul 08, 2014

We arrived in Skagway, at the Inside Passage’s northernmost point, early in the morning. We disembarked directly after breakfast for our trek into the Yukon. We left dockside aboard a bus which took us through White Pass, past Bove Island, through the border town of Fraser and into the Yukon Territories. We were heading to Carcross where we stopped for lunch at Caribou Crossing. After lunch we headed back to Fraser where we joined the White Pass Railway for the ride back along the Trail of '98 made by the Klondike gold rushers and then into Skagway.
