Canada & Alaska - 2014

Day 3: Vancouver Fri Jun 20, 2014

With the major settling-in period over, we set aside today to explore more fully what Vancouver has to offer. The Vancouver Trolley Company offers a two-day hop on hop off fare for around $45 each. With this tour we enjoyed Vancouver’s most popular areas: Stanley Park, Chinatown, Gastown, Granville Island and more! The tour featured a live commentary so we had the opportunity to learn what makes this spectacular city so special. We chose to do a complete circuit of the city in the morning and made two major stops in the afternoon. The first was at Prospect Point in Stanley Park where we had lunch. The second was at the Harbour Centre Tower for views across the city.
